CONSTITUTION PROCESS |
Resolution of the assembly of each one of the participant's nuclei. They will be able to adopt any of the associative ways foreseen by the proper Law. The constitutive record will have to grant it in the presence of public official authorized to attest document and to register in the Agrarian National Record. When they join with societies of rural production or with unions of these, they will have to register besides in the Public Records of Rural Credit or of Trade. They can be associates the common lands, communities, unions of common lands, societies of rural production or unions of societies of rural production. |

The Business name will be formed joining the name of the society or the abbreviation “SPR” |
SHARE CAPITAL |
In societies of unlimited responsibility initial contribution is not needed. In societies of limited responsibility the initial contribution will be 700 times the minimal daily salary in force general in the D.F. In societies of responsibility supplemented, the initial contribution will be 350 times the minimal daily salary in force general in the D.F. |

ASSOCIATES' RESPONSABILITIES |
In those of unlimited responsibility every associate answers for him/her of all the social obligations of a joint way. In societies of limited responsibility even by the amount of his/her contributions. In societies of supplemented responsibility beside answering with the amount of his/her contribution to the share capital, every associate answers even for a quantity determined in the social agreement, which will not have to be minor of two times his/her initial contribution. |

General assembly (integrated with two representatives of each one of the assemblies of the common lands or of the communities members of the union and two representatives designated of among the members of the commissariat and the advice of vigilance of the same ones) Direction at the expense of a council of Administration named by the general assembly, with minimum 5 proprietary counsellors and their respective substitute ones. Council of Alertness with minimum three members and their respective substitute ones. They will be in charge 3 years. |
