CONSTITUTION PROCESS |
Resolution of the assembly of each one of the nuclei participants. They will be able to adopt any of the associative ways foreseen by the proper Law. The constitutive record will have to grant it in the presence of public official authorized to attest document and to register in the Agrarian National Record. When they join with societies of rural production or with unions of these, they will have to register besides in the Public Records of Rural Credit or of Trade. The common lands, communities, unions of common lands, societies of rural production or unions of societies of rural production can be associates. |

General assembly (integrated with two representatives of each one of the assemblies of the common lands or of the communities members of the union and two representatives designated of among the members of the commissariat and the advice of vigilance of the same ones) Direction at the expense of Council of Administration named by the general assembly, with minimum 5 proprietary counsellors and their respective substitute ones. Council of Alertness with minimum three members and their respective substitute ones. They will be in charge 3 years. |
